Below is a list of frequently questions that have been asked by people who have contacted / attended an evening with us:

Q. Can I really win £35 on a training eveing?

A. Yes you can. On the final hand all the training chips used will be given to the winner. They will have a monetary value to a minimum of £35 that can be cashed in at our cashiers desk.

Q. How many people are in an evening or training session?

A. Evening sessions are limited to a minimum and Maximum ofimum of 10 people. We only hold evening sessions with 10 people. We will extend to 12 people on occasions however for comfort reasons we do prefer 10 people.

Q. I don't have a clue on how to play the game..

A. Don't worry our world class series croupiers have the skill set to teach you everything you need to know, and learn how the game works. It's a good idea to attend a training eveing where you could win £35!

Q. Can I win more than the minimum advertised value on a training session or package?

A. Yes you can as this is dependant on the amount of people attending that evening or package. We have based our calculations on a minimum of 10 people attending. However if we exceed this due to a popular evening then the pot will increase accordingly.

Q. Once I have paid you how do I know my money is safe?

A. We use Paypal to process transactions so that we comply with the "Travel and Package Tours regulations act of 1992" as required by law.

Q. How many packs of playing cards do you use in a training session with 10 people?

A. We only use One pack of cards so there are always Twenty Five cards being played at any one time (just under half the pack).

Q. Do you re-shuffle the cards after each hand?

A. Yes. Cards are split and shuffled a minimum of Three times.

Q. Can I purchase additional chips in addition to the ones you supply?

A. The simple answer is NO. This would create an unfair advantage to other players. However if you have booked a private or custom event then we agree any and, all rules in advance.

Q. What is your privacy policy?

A. We use Paypal so your home address and credit or debit cards details are guarded. We only ask that you choose a First name, and in the invent of taking our Gold Club package we do require an e-mail address. Your email address will enable us to collect your menu selection ahead of time. Any and all details given to us are confidential as we don't pass them to a third party!

Q. What happens if I book an evening but can't make it at the last minute?

A. We will try and fill your placement to meet our minimum and Maximum ofimum requirements of 10 people. If we can fill your place then you will be given Two choices; 1. Attend another evening or 2. Have a full refund minus any credit / debit card transaction fees (where applicable). You always have the option to substitute a friend in this event.

Q. We are coming from out of town. Can you sort out hotel accommodation?

A. No problem just speak with our bookings team. We will find you centrally located hotel accommodation to our poker school.

Q. Must I play all my complimentary chips?

A. Yes all chips supplied by us MUST be used at the table.

Q. Do I really get to take home the winnings?

A. Yes the last person who wins takes the pot (table cash)

Q. What experience do your croupiers have?

A. All our croupiers are of world class series and have been playing Texas Hold'em for a long time. In addition they know the game inside and out.

Q. What does Free Play mean?

A. This is where you all play against each other but no one has to use any gambling chips.

Q. Do the gambling chips you use have any monetary value?

A. Yes and we always recommend opting for an evening package deal as you can win your initial investment back, and then some!

Q. I have a group of people who want to play, can you help us?

A. Yes. You can take any advertised package on our web site as a private event or custom build your own!

Q. What are the start times on your evening packages?

A. We kick off at 7pm every weekday night, except Saturday & Sunday's when its a 6pm start.

Q. What is the age limit to attend any evening?

A. You must be over 18 years old however if your lucky enough to look young for your age photographic ID is a must.

Q What happens if I forget my ID and look under 21?

A. You will forfeit your placement and any monies paid to us.

Q. What's the dress code?

A. Smart and Casual (Jeans & trainers are allowed)

Q. Can I attend multiple evenings?

A. Your welcome to attend as many evenings as you wish.

Q. We are having a few beers then joining you. Will this be a problem?

A. We like everyone want all participants to have a good experience when learning Texas Hold'em, however if your refused entry due to being intoxicated (beyond the point of playing) then you will forfeit any monies paid.

Q. Can I get soft drinks at the table?

A. Yes. Tea, Coffee, Lemonade and Coke are FREE to all our players.

Q. I like to have a beer and my friends like shorts while playing Texas Hold'em is this ok?

A. We have a fully licenced bar on site. Our croupiers have no problem with people drinking responsibly during your evening. Please be aware that any Foul or abusive language towards our croupiers will result in the evening being terminated. In this instance no refund or pot winnings will be given.

Q. It's my mates 21st birthday and there are 19 of us so can you help me?

A. Yes we can. That is not a problem as we can arrange a private custom evening for you and your mates.

Q. I am a seasoned player can I join in on an evening Package?

A. We would ask that all experienced players arrange a custom evening through us.
